SEVEN- DAY MENU

PLEASE NOTE, THIS IS AN EXAMPLE SUMMER MENU BUT

I HAVE MANY OTHER OPTIONS

MONDAY

DAILY BREAKFAST

Ginger tea, water with fresh lemon and chia seeds, fresh orange juice, another fresh juice.  Selection of fresh bread, fresh croissants, almond butter (homemade by me), regular butter, two types of homemade jam (one with chia seeds and maple syrup), raw vegan chocolate pastes (homemade by me), honey, yogurt, kefir, plate of fresh fruit.  Two types of Granola (homemade by me).  Almond/nut milk (homemade by me), fresh cows milk, local cheese, ham, pesto (homemade by me), tomatoes, avocados, salmon, free range eggs, eggs & bacon (on request), regular pancakes, gluten free and sugar free and lactose free pancakes.  Coffee, tea and cappuccino.

 

LUNCH

Gazpacho with shrimps

Avocado, mozzarella and tomato salad

Lemon & mint sorbet

Fresh fruit with ice cream

Bon Bon pure chocolate raw vegan sugar free

 

DINNER

Aperitif fried small fish or calamari with ali & oli

Pad Thai, green curry

Thai beef salad

Colourful Asian stir fry veg

Coconut ice cream with merengue and mango

 

TUESDAY

LUNCH

Quinoa salad (two styles - one with mushroom, parmesan & rocket and one with apricot, cucumber, pistachio & rocket)

Vitello tonnato, from the secret recipe of aunty Maria Green Beans with pinoli

Fresh grated carrot with ginger& lemon

Tomato salad

Fresh fruit sorbet (no sugar no milk) or Coffee affogato in vanilla ice cream

 

DINNER

Aperitif of savoury puff with anchovy & parmesan
